What is Valve Stenosis?

The common meaning of stenosis is obstruction or narrowing of the at the way.

Stenosis at valve of heart, term means, that valves doesn't open properly.

There are two or three flaps at valve, so it's known as Bicuspid and Tricuspid

Age Factor: Some diseases caused related or increasing age.

Congenital: Some diseases may caused by birth, which known as congenital valve disease or defecil's of heart.

Calcification: Deposition of calcium at valve is also common cause of stenosis.

Rheumatic heart disease & infective endocarditis: Rheumatic fever is inflammatory reaction due to infection. Due to Rheumatic fever heart damages permanently which is known as Rheumatic Heart Disease.
